Mariana Rojdev is an adept professional with over 13 years of client service and business operations experience. Driven by a love for learning, continuous improvement, and client care she immerses herself into her clients' industries and environments. While Mrs. Rojdev expands her diverse portfolio of expertise, her current areas of focus include strategy design, deployment, execution, and review; program design based in adult learning theory for training, development, and mentoring; and marketing, brand management, and business development. 

Prior to Xecutive Metrix, Mrs. Rojdev was a Human Resources Executive at the Target Corporation in Indianapolis, IN. In her role, she influenced decisions for continuous improvement in areas of leadership and management, brand, store sales, and talent development and training. Mrs. Rojdev achieved the district-level distinction of “Top Performing Executive” in 2011 and was the district leader for “Lowest year-to-date turnover” in 2012.
