Mr. Ricard began his professional service career as an attorney and most recently practiced at Debski & Associates, P.A. in Florida. Powered by his drive for continued growth and development, Mr. Ricard brought his skills and expertise to Xecutive Metrix as a Senior Consultant. During his legal career, he represented Fortune 500 clients such as Capital One Bank, USA, N.A. and Citibank, N.A. and previously served as a volunteer certified mediator for cases involving domestic disputes, credit card collections, and landlord-tenant disputes. While practicing law, Mr. Ricard remained true to his passions for process improvements, talent development and training, and execution of strategic growth initiatives.
