Continued expansion in our firm has created an opening for an experienced Senior Consultant in the area of organizational development. The qualified candidate will possess a PhD or PsyD in the areas of IO or Clinical Psychology with 8-10 years field experience and demonstrated proficiency in the core competencies listed below. The successful candidate’s experience will include designing and leading change interventions for individuals as well as for corporate and private enterprises. The candidate will possess a genuine mastery in building trust and persuading executives and teams to engage in new ways and reach higher levels of performance excellence. A natural networker who builds positive relationships and demonstrates a deep understanding of how to apply behavioral science to achieve business results is required.

Experience that allows you to immediately:

Offer and apply a suite of solutions to clients, helping them to achieve their organizational goals. Conduct needs assessments of potential and existing clients and design proposals. Be active and visible to the business community in the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky Tri-State area. Work closely with Firm management to ensure that deadlines are met and client face-to-face time is maximize. Operate on a daily basis with a continuous improvement mindset, refreshing existing solution designs and facilitative approaches. Work as a team member and support projects led by other consultants. Operate with the highest levels of client service, both externally and internally. Meet strategic growth initiatives of the Firm. Establish a book of business with an emphasis on long-term client success. Navigate the client’s operational & cultural complexity. Work effectively at all levels in the client’s organization.
